Matt Adams joined E. Kahn development corp in 2012 as director of marketing and leasing.  He is responsible for all daily leasing activities and sourcing new acquisition and development opportunities throughout Suburban Philadelphia.  Prior to EKD, Mr.Adams served as Vice President for Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) specializing in tenant representation services.  While at JLL, He helped establish the Suburban Philadelphia office, where he was a consistent top producer. Mr. Adams graduated cum laude, from James Madison with a B.S. In integrated science and technology. He is a leed accredited professional, and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Pete Kilty joined E. Kahn development in 2017 as director of construction.  He is responsible for all construction activities relating to land acquisition, development projects, tenant fit-outs and capital improvement projects.  Prior to joining EKD, Pete worked for a leading project management firm in the Philadelphia region serving a wide variety of large clients across the united states.  Mr. Kilty has worked and successfully completed construction projects in over twenty different states totaling over two million square feet of commercial office, industrial, manufacturing and pharmaceutical.  Mr. Kilty received his Bachelor’s degree from Temple University received his project management profession certification (PMP) from Villanova University.
